How to Position the Bodymind During High Anxiety/Panic Attacks

I made a video about the best position for the body during periods of high anxiety or panic attacks. Often the breath may become very shallow in the upper chest which can cause lightheadedness or dizziness, so it’s important to ground the body, to literally sit on the ground so you don’t faint! And also to feel more grounded. I also recommend decaf tea or soup, nag champa incense (or any grounding smell), a gravity blanket, sips of room temperature water, ambient lighting and music.
